Park Bo-young’s Plastic Surgery: The 33-Year-Old South Korean Actress  Is Accused of Receiving Numerous Cosmetic Procedures, Including Botox and Fillers!

South Korea is regarded as one of the best locations for plastic surgery and other cosmetic procedures. In fact, it has been dubbed the Plastic Surgery Capital of the World. Some Pinay beauty vloggers have even shared their experiences going under the knife in various Korean beauty clinics, and the results are absolutely stunning. And when talking about Park Bo-young‘s (@boyoung0212_official) beautiful appearance, the actress has been rumored to have undergone numerous plastic surgery procedures, including Botox and fillers.

Though some may believe Park Bo-young’s beauty is due to plastic surgery, the actress has stated that this is not the case. When Young was interviewed behind the scenes while filming a commercial for an episode of KBS 2TV‘s Entertainment Weekly, she recalled her debut film, Equal, which was entered in the 2004 Youth Film Festival, saying,

I received a lot of suspicion of plastic surgery because of screenshots captured from the movie. I got prettier as I became less tacky, received help from professionals, and spent more time in the entertainment field.

Park Bo-young denied receiving any type of plastic surgery, stating, “I got less countrified, and got professional makeup. Also, I got prettier as I came on broadcast more and more.” Later, she was also asked about her Wolf Boy co-star Song Joong Ki, but she said, “He’s currently working with Song Hye Gyo, so it’s not my place to butt in. They look great together.”

You’ll notice a difference in her face if you compare old and new photos of her. It is extremely rare for celebrities to calmly admit to having had plastic surgery. They usually try to hide it by pretending they haven’t had cosmetic surgery. They believe that no one can tell whether or not they have had plastic surgery.

As evidenced by her free wrinkled forehead, many of her followers claimed that her face appears younger as a result of Botox and filler treatment. Women in her age should start to show signs of aging, but Young’s face is devoid of them. However, her face does not reflect her actual age; rather, it looks young. She also stated that she would have Botox treatment to remove wrinkles from her eyelids.

However, the actress has not yet spoken openly about undergoing any type of cosmetic procedure, so the question still remains unanswered. But talking about surgery, the South Korean actress had previously revealed that she had been injured while working out. Details of her injury were kept private because she was filming Strong Woman Do Bong Soon at the time. Park Bo-young did eventually undergo surgery.

According to Broadcast Official, “Park Bo Young had an ankle ligament joint operation in June and is now recovering.” Furthermore, she is doing well and made her first public appearance at the Seoul Drama Awards. Park Bo-young, true to her character in the drama, was such a strong woman for persevering with her injury!
