Kaitlin Armstrong’s Plastic Surgery: Based on Her Before and After Photos, She Possibly Had a Nose Surgery in order to avoid police capture
Several allegations appeared immediately after Kaitlin Armstrong’s arrest, claiming that she had undergone plastic surgery. Many people assume she altered her appearance with surgical procedures in order to avoid police capture. A search warrant for Armstrong’s possessions reveals that she possessed her sister’s passport, as well as a United Airlines boarding card from Newark to Costa Rica, also in her sister’s name.
Medical cards and documents were also discovered, including a receipt for $6,360 for plastic surgery for Alisson Paige on June 23 at a medical center in Costa Rica. According to Deputy US Marshal Brandon Filla, the yoga teacher had bruises behind her eyes and had dyed her shoulder-length strawberry-blonde hair to a dark brown tint. Based on the bill for plastic surgery found among Armstrong’s things, she apparently received nose surgery to alter her appearance.
You don’t have to look too closely at Armstrong’s before and after photos to notice the change in her nose because it’s so obvious. Her original nose tip was very flat. However, if you look at her current nose form, it has turned pointed with a small nose tip that she did not have previously. Even while the outcome of her nose work is highly effective, it does transform the appearance of her entire face, making her appear to be an entirely new person.

While Kaitlin Armstrong’s appearance did not immediately suggest plastic surgery (hair dyeing does not always imply surgery, bandages could indicate that she was injured, and bruises under her eyes were reportedly the result of a surfboarding accident), she did appear to have tried to change her appearance. As a result, it’s probable that the rumors about Kaitlin getting plastic surgery in reaction to minor alterations in her facial characteristics were true.

The registered realtor is now facing another major criminal accusation as a result of her latest try to escape Travis County Corrections Officers earlier this month. She faces up to 99 years in prison if convicted. She was apprehended on June 29, 2022, in Costa Rica, following a 43-day manhunt that ended at a hostel where Armstrong was hiding after she reportedly murdered Wilson on May 11, 2022, in Austin, Texas.
The day following Wilson’s death, Armstrong was questioned by police regarding surveillance footage showing her Jeep Grand Cherokee outside the residence where Wilson was murdered. Armstrong was eventually released on a technicality. She sold the same Jeep and departed the country on May 13, 2022. Investigators received a tip concerning Armstrong’s movements in early June 2022, which led them to Costa Rica. According to Brian Buckmire of Law & felony Network, Armstrong stole the passport, that’s another felony to add to the list.
Deputy U.S. Marshall Brandon Filla claimed at a news conference following Armstrong’s arrest that she used various aliases to avoid capture: It was discovered Armstrong used a different alias, under the alias Beth Martin, Liz, and Ari Martin. As if this wasn’t already suspect, Armstrong radically altered her look. She had her hair trimmed and colored, and detectives suspect she had a nose surgery based on a voucher for plastic surgery found among Armstrong’s possessions. Despite this, she was eventually caught by law police.
