Matthew Langford Perry (b. August 19, 1969) is a Canadian-born American actor. He is well-known for his role as Chandler Bing on the NBC sitcom Friends, which aired from 1994 to 2004. Perry appeared in a number of films, including Fools Rush In, Almost Heroes, The Whole Nine Yards, and 17 Again, in addition to the short-lived television series Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip.

When the Friend star voiced Benny in Fallout: New Vegas in 2010, he expanded his resume to include video games and voice-over work. In a rare outing with a friend, Matthew Perry flaunted his impressive weight loss. In the new photos, he appeared to have lost weight and gained a companion. He seemed to be having lunch with a new friend whose identity is currently unknown in Pacific Palisades, California. The Chandler Bing actor’s struggle with alcoholism and visibly deteriorating health sparked concern among his devoted followers. He narrowly avoided injury when he crashed his green Porsche in Los Angeles in 1988; he describes the incident as a wake-up call. However, he never made a concerted effort to lose weight.

Meanwhile, Perry’s sudden and fluctuating weight loss in the 1990s was, in fact, caused by excessive drinking. His weight fluctuated as he entered rehab in 1997 and exited rehab for several years in a row. His weight dropped to 66 kg, as seen in Season 7. Perry lost 20 pounds in just weeks in 2000 again due to pancreatitis. So it is clear that he didn’t have a weight loss surgery. The Friends star felt as if a weight had been lifted from his shoulders. Matthew’s mental and physical health improved significantly due to his rehab participation. His health has greatly improved since he went clean, and his devoted fans are overjoyed for him.

Friends, one of the most successful sitcoms of all time, is still making waves more than two decades after its debut. In addition, the 17 Again star founded Perry House, a sober living facility. He received the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy’s Champion of Recovery award for his efforts against drug addiction. He still supports drug courts and does everything he can to help those struggling with addiction.
