Brady won her first Tour-Level championship at the Top Seed Open on Sunday, navigating some poor service and leveraging a five-game streak to gain hold of a 6-3, 6-4 win over Jil Teichmann in the final.
It was the first competitive tennis tournament in the United States following the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic, so no fans were permitted.

It didn’t take away anything. It didn’t take away (from) the win for me. I was just super happy to stand there with the trophy.
